Returns
We accept returns for defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and its original packaging (unless it’s defective).
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
How to Return an Item
- Email us at https://www.dealspur.com.au/contact-us/ with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked shipping method.
Note:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- If the item is non-defective, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- We’ll notify you by email.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or item? No problem! Contact us and we’ll organise an exchange if stock is available.
Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.
